FSP - Full Service Program

We have been working on developing a new program we call FSP, which is an add-on option to the normal warranty when you buy lighting solutions from Lumega.

What is FSP?

Normally we deliver the lights with a 5-year warranty, but this full service program gives you better service conditions as Lumega is responsible for the installation costs associated with a defective light within the warranty period.

In short, FSP is your guarantee that we will pay for any installation costs you might otherwise incur for defective lights after the installation has taken place. If you find that one or more lights no longer work within the warranty period, we will send you a new light free of charge, including installation.

With our new full service program, we give you the opportunity to have security in your lighting installation for many years.
