Proven accountability

Companies are facing an extensive replacement of older, outdated fluorescent tubes with LED lighting. Within the next 2 years, many companies will need to replace their lighting. Lumega is the only company in the market that can produce a unique LED insert for your older lighting fixtures in your company. With the latest production technology, we ensure the highest performance with the best possible light quality.
Circular lighting
85% Aluminum is recycled
We are in an industry that uses aluminum. The material leaves its carbon footprint when it is used in the production of our lighting fixtures and fittings. It shouldn't go unnoticed that we've used new aluminum rods for all our products in the past.
Those days are over because since the beginning of 2023, we have partnered with an aluminum supplier that not only recycles our waste aluminum, but also from other industries.
Our goal is to recycle 85% of aluminum in our production by 2024, significantly reducing our carbon footprint.
Energy efficient production
Today, the majority of our production is automated. Lumega designs the lighting products in Denmark and produces the tools for manufacturing.
Casting and CNC milling is always done on modern machines, so energy consumption is less than when we produced in 2018. In addition, new robots have arrived. The efficient robots not only ensure faster production, but also lower the CO2 footprint due to lower electricity consumption.
Lumega is eagerly awaiting the publication of the brand new Sustainability Report for 2024.
