5-year warranty

Lumega offers a 5-year warranty on large and small lighting projects. Please note how our terms and conditions are structured. It is important that the product is used as intended and stored in a dry place.

In the unfortunate event of a defective luminaire, we have a simple process. Many times there is even no need to return the defective luminaire. Warranty claims can be created at the bottom of the contact form, but you are also always welcome to send a descriptive text about the challenge and some pictures to the main email info@lumega.eu

Lighting service agreement

Lumega has put together favorable service agreements for both projects where we have supplied lighting ourselves and projects where other lighting suppliers have supplied lighting. The structure can be tailored according to your needs and term.

The term can be 12, 24, 36 or 48 months. In all cases, the need is identified so that the right agreement is made from the start. After signing the agreement, you will be registered directly in our service IT system and receive a phone number that your caretaker, manager or other responsible person can use.

All agreements are full service. This means that you as a company should not expect to incur any expenses on the entire lighting system during the agreed term. This means that there is no need to think about purchasing light bulbs, other light sources, spare parts and no costs for the electrician to service the lighting.

FAQs

  • Many times it is a defective driver, sensor or LED board. Send an email with a few descriptive words and some pictures to info@lumega.eu If it is under warranty, we usually need an invoice number.

  • In fact, we've made it pretty easy, it's an email with some descriptive lines and images. Remember, some people have a whole A4 page to fill in. You are always welcome to call us and we can also set up the case for you.

  • Even though we use top-of-the-line electronics, sometimes there can be a defect in, for example, a driver or sensor. It's electronics, and if you experience a small amount of lights not illuminating or flashing, don't worry. We'll fix it right away.

  • As soon as a lamp does not light up or flash - or the lamp housing has scratches or anything else that makes it unusable. Contact Lumega so we can discuss solutions.
