Limited availability: To ensure top-notch service, we limit the number of electrician companies in the Bronze program.

Of course, but when entering into this Loyalty Program, we would like a maximum of 3 lighting suppliers to be asked for a given project. This is based on mutual respect.

The first step is always an initial Teams or telephone meeting. Here, special values are agreed and each company is presented in more detail. This is followed by a short evaluation. If membership is confirmed, your company will be created.

Lumega is the only lighting manufacturer in Europe that has chosen to focus on extra high service and attentive behavior in all branches of the company. This also means we have to say no to customers. For us, too many customers will mean that our vision cannot be met.

Our Loyalty Program is limited to 25 electrical contractor companies. Right now there are 17 companies signed up. Every year the cooperation is evaluated and if there is no activity during the year, the company will be removed from the list by prior agreement. In this way, we expect new places to open up on an ongoing basis.
