The project is built on a basis of 17,765 m2. There are 360 apartments - mainly student housing. In addition, there are some commercial premises on the ground floor. The total construction cost is over half a billion and the first occupants will receive their keys within a very short time.

Lighting systems
In this lighting delivery, Lumega has been responsible for all the interior lighting and parts of the exterior lighting. Here we have ensured that the Stairways and the long corridors that connect the apartments are well lit. With our intelligent lamps that "talk" to each other, comfort, safety and energy could be further optimized. The OS0082, which is the central lamp in this project, is available in both square and round versions.
The lights were easily programmed with the included remote control.
Lighting for residential construction
