Construction

The building consists of two tall buildings. Today, the buildings together house over 5,000 workplaces, making the two towers the largest office building in Denmark. There are 22 floors and the height of the building is 84.5 meters. On the ground floor is one of the largest parking garages in Denmark. Lumega has been responsible for high-efficiency LED luminaires for the entire parking garage.

Lighting systems

Lumega has provided a complete LED lighting solution for the entire parking garage. Operation and maintenance of the system is kept to an absolute minimum because the LED light sources used for the lamps have an extra long lifespan. Despite the high level of comfort and high light output, the power consumption of the lighting is kept low. The combination results in a safe, well-lit parking facility.

Lighting for parking garages

Lighting concepts in parking garages have consisted of traditional fluorescent tubes for many years. Today, it is easy and cost-effective to replace the lighting with modern LED lighting. Depending on the desired lighting, intelligent sensors can be included in the lamps. This way, data can be collected on the amount of cars, human behavior, etc. Either way, the business case will generally make sense. Payback periods of 1-3 years are not uncommon. A financially sound solution is provided here. In addition, the CO2 savings will have a positive impact - which can be used in green accounting.
