Irmabyen

Irmabyen is divided into several building plots and has become a highly desirable residential area. Here, families and singles can live in a modern neighborhood close to Copenhagen and nature in the backyard. Irmabyen offers detached houses, apartments and terraced houses. The area is not yet fully developed and it is expected to take several more years before Irmabyen can be considered complete.

Lighting systems

Lumega has not delivered to the entire new district in Rødovre, but we are proud to have been allowed to deliver to some of the buildings. Here we have especially been helpful in delivering LED spots and basic luminaires for e.g. parking garages, depots and other smaller spaces.

Lighting for residential construction

Lighting concepts in residential buildings have been of interest for several years, but in the last 10 years there has been more focus on how lighting can change behavior and create a sense of safety. With the right lights, it's possible to make residents feel safe. At the same time, the latest LED lighting can help with the coziness of different areas. Exterior lighting is especially interesting when we're in residential buildings. Here, there are several solutions depending on the desired look.
