Lumega was chosen as the main lighting supplier for the exciting new housing development. For those familiar with Søborg, the furniture factory will bring back memories. Parts of the old furniture factory have been converted into commercial space and the homes are built behind it in a green oasis.

The courtyard environment is intended as a safe and cozy area for residents of the property. There is a playground and the paths are in harmony with the building. There is also a large underground parking garage attached to the building. Common to the entire building is the beautiful and simple design of the apartments.

Lighting systems

Lumega has provided some of the lighting for the project. The focus has been on the cheapest price, but still with respect for the future operation and overall quality. The lighting package consists of several hundred robust ceiling lamps with indirect light. In addition, a number of energy-efficient LED line lighting fixtures.
