About the Project
Limepack is headquartered at Guldborgvej 25, Frederiksberg. The company has great success with their easy online ordering of to-go packaging with logo printing. In connection with a major renovation, Limepack has chosen professional office lighting from Lumega.
It's not just Limepack that was sitting in older office spaces. Many offices around the country have outdated interiors and older lighting. This can have a negative impact on the working environment if the design doesn't keep up with modern culture. The lighting system
The office lighting at Limepack consisted of elongated fluorescent tubes of an older type. Fluorescent tubes will be phased out at the end of 2023 and will eventually be discontinued. Therefore, it made sense for Limepack to upgrade to new modern LED lighting.
Not only has the company gained new modern lighting that can be dimmed. They have also achieved high energy savings. This is almost 50% energy savings compared to the older fluorescent lighting fixtures. This, along with a doubling of the light level, ensures a great working environment that meets the latest office lighting standards.
The quality of light is improved by using the new types of LED lighting fixtures. This improvement has a great impact on the overall working environment and not only helps with a higher work efficiency of employees, but also with the overall well-being of employees.
Lighting control ensures maximum energy savings
There's no doubt that lighting control can contribute to significant electricity savings. At Limepack, they have now included brightness adjustment in their lighting system. This feature alone can bring up to 20-30% energy savings. In addition, the energy savings come from switching to LED lighting.
Today, smart lighting can also be provided by Lumega. With such solutions, energy savings of up to 70% can be achieved, which can ensure an extremely favorable payback time. With the new options, an entire office lighting can be controlled with an APP. User access can then be granted to employees, allowing everyone in the company to override the lighting.
Get started with an easy replacement
At Lumega, we can manage the entire process. This means that from the moment the switch is made, it won't take long for a complete upgrade of the lighting system to take place. We design the lighting so that all requirements are met. This ensures that you are safe from the Danish Working Environment Authority. Next, the lighting fixtures are manufactured and we contract an electrician in your area. Updates will be provided throughout the process.
In the case of older lighting, Lumega will help you apply for a grant for the replacement. This grant can further contribute to a low payback time. The payback time that we most often see when replacing older lighting with new modern LED office lighting is between 2-3 years, which is especially positive for SMEs.
