About Gladsaxe Stadium
Gladsaxe Stadium is a sports facility located in the municipality of Gladsaxe. It is mainly used for soccer matches. The facility consists of an exhibition pitch for soccer and nine training pitches for soccer, handball and softball. The stadium has capacity for 13,507 spectators, of which 7,707 are seated.
Lighting solution
Gladsaxe Municipality asked Lumega to design a lighting solution that made sense. The municipality had a beautiful stadium but needed to install a more powerful and sustainable light. We delivered floodlights with an average of 350 lux on the pitch itself, which met the municipality's requirements:

High energy savings
A payback time that was affordable and made sense
Lived up to stadium lighting standards
The solution was smart lighting, which allows you to change the light level depending on which matches are being played. This is easily done via a panel located under the stands. The LED lighting itself is of a higher quality, shines brighter and uses less energy.
Now Gladsaxe Stadium can offer players and spectators a completely different sports experience.
