Run Group ApS reports solid growth and strengthened earnings in a challenging market

Run Group ApS, which today covers the majority of the group's European sales, presents a solid annual report with significant revenue growth and strong earnings - despite an uncertain and competitive market.
Annual report 2024 - Highlights:
Order intake increased by 6.4% compared to 2023
Significant revenue growth
Significant EBITA improvement driven by efficiency improvements
Improved supply chain via direct sourcing from component manufacturers
Increasing sales in retrofit LED solutions
Launch of new business unit, Luxega, creates growth potential
EBITA has increased significantly and is supported by a more professional and efficient supply chain, where components are now purchased directly from manufacturers - without costly middlemen. Run Group's sharp focus on AI LED retrofit and intelligent lighting solutions has resulted in increased order volume and increased market share.
Further growth is expected through the recently launched Luxega unit, which has already generated a lot of interest in new international markets.
Despite geopolitical tensions and economic uncertainty in several European countries, Run Group continues to invest in energy-efficient technologies, advanced lighting control and material improvements. This means that customers get solutions with low energy consumption, short installation time and future-proof functionality.
Group CEO Rune Søgaard Larsen says:
"I am incredibly proud of the team behind this year's result. After the major setback in 2023, when our Danish company suffered losses due to two bankruptcies, we decided to start over with full transparency. We called all customers - including those with large construction projects - and explained the situation. We assured them that all guarantees were carried over to the new structure. This created respect and strengthened trust in us."
Several customers quickly came back with new projects, giving us a flying start in Q1 and Q2 - with continued growth in Q3 and especially Q4.
The annual report is clear proof that Run Group and Lumega in particular is a reliable lighting partner. We owe our loyal customers a big thank you - and now is the time to give something extraordinary back in 2025.
