At Lumega, we offer attractive service agreements that cover both projects where we have supplied the lighting and projects with lighting from other suppliers. Our service agreements are completely tailored to your needs and desired duration. The duration can be customized to 12, 24, 36 or 48 months. We always start with a needs analysis to ensure you get the right agreement from the start. Once the agreement is in place, you'll be set up in our advanced service IT system and we'll make sure that your responsible contact person - whether it's the caretaker, manager or someone else - is given a direct phone number to our service team.

With our service agreement, you can expect complete peace of mind and no unforeseen costs. The entire lighting installation is covered for the duration of the agreement, which means:

  • No costs for LED light sources, drivers or other spare parts.

  • No electrician costs for repair or service.

  • A maintenance-free system where everything is handled for you.

  • The price of a service agreement depends on the package selected and the duration:

    • Largest package: Covers for 48 months and costs 5% of the project price.

    • Second largest package: Covers for 36 months and costs 3.5% of the project price.

    • Minimum package: Covers 12 or 24 months and costs 3% of the project price.

    All service agreements are paid in advance, so you avoid ongoing administration. Contact us to get a concrete offer that fits your needs!

  • Buying a warranty or service agreement is an investment in security and predictability.

    With the standard warranty, the product and components are covered, but any costs for electricians to replace parts or entire luminaires are generally not covered by Lumega. Only in the case of extensive production defects that can be documented can this be covered.

    By choosing a service agreement, you are protected against unforeseen costs. For electrical contractors, commercial customers or builders, it means you don't have to worry about extra lighting costs throughout the lifetime of the contract - it's all included in the agreement. This gives you peace of mind and makes budgeting easy.

  • We currently do not cover service on other types of lighting that are not under our brand. If you need spare parts, you can contact Lumega and use our worldwide manufacturer and supplier network to find your spare part.

  • Purchase the agreement in connection with the tender. This ensures a full financial overview of the entire project. If this service agreement is attached, it will be registered as soon as the offer is accepted and the order confirmation is sent.
