When the project was presented to over 250 locals from Holbæk, there were few objections to the height of the massive 17-story building. The focus was on the noise associated with the construction. The building became a reality and stands as one of the most exclusive buildings on Holbæk Havnedæk. Today, the project is run by DEAS.

Lighting systems

Lumega has delivered a complete lighting solution for the entire building. There are square lamps all the way up the stair tower - in addition, several types of ceiling lamps have been used as well as basic luminaires in the parking facility and technical / storage rooms. Lumega was also responsible for the entire lighting design of this project in close collaboration with the electrical installer Nielsen & Munkholm.
