About Harbour House

Harbour House is a full-service office building with a fully staffed reception. A large number of employees work on the premises, which places demands on parking conditions. Underneath Harbour House there is a very large parking lot.

Lighting solution

As a starting point, we always design lighting projects based on four focus areas, which are no exception in this case - that the solution must be elegant, intelligent, durable and, not least, energy-efficient.

The customer installed an intelligent lighting solution with the product OS0079, from our onestop portfolio. These luminaires have 60,000 burn hours, 110 LPW and have a built-in wireless DALI master sensor. The lamps "talk and understand each other" and in this way ensure that the lamps create the best comfort for visitors in the parking facility.

We find that parking garages often have long operating times during opening hours, therefore energy efficiency is an extremely important parameter to consider. The latest LED technology ensures the highest energy efficiency in the lamp, which also provides the lowest payback time - in this project, the payback period is only 2 years.

With the new lights installed, Harbour House has improved comfort, increased safety for all drivers and staff, and achieved huge energy savings.
